History
[edit | edit source]Stephen Starr opened The Dandelion in 2010, inspired by the gastropub movement in England. The two-story space was designed to evoke a traditional British pub, complete with antique furnishings, a working fireplace, and a garden-level terrace. The name refers to an English folk song.
